Grades 1-5 Reading Assessments
Families are invited to sign up their
1st-5th grade scholars
on Thursday, July 31, for 20-minute time slots during which school staff will assess each scholar's reading level. Gathering this information before the school year begins will allow us to get a jump start on reading for the 2025-26 school year!
Families with existing Membership ToolKit accounts should login and select the checkbox next to their scholar's name(s) to sign up and fill out their scholar's first name, last name and numerical grade level (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) for the upcoming 2025-26 school year. We will have several staff members available, so you can sign up multiple scholars for the same time slot.
If you are signing up as a guest, please use the text boxes to share your scholar's first name, last name and numerical grade level (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) for the 2025-26 school year

Guests are strongly encouraged to create an account as we will be using Membership ToolKit throughout the school year.
Students do not need to wear their uniform to this event.
From the north parking lot, enter the building at the breezeway gate on the east side of the building, north of the MPR (between buildings). School staff will be nearby to welcome you!
